Medium-Hot and Chopped. Roasted, Peeled, and Shelf Stable. 

Our roasted red chile is unlike the traditional dried or powdered red chile. It goes through the same process as our green chile, only it fully matures on the vine first. The sugars and spice have time to fully develop which lends to the sweetness and forward heat of this New Mexico Chile pepper.

An excellent compliment to anything green chile oriented. Makes a wonderful red salsa, pizza sauce, ketchup, and goes great with any Mediterranean antipasti.

At this time we are out of stock of the following items and do not have a stock date. This shortage is due to our suppliers and upholding quality standards.

Roasted red is an extremely unique item. The mature red chile is typically harvested in October. A late green season means a late red season. We are hopeful for sooner than November.
